for those yang nak kurus tapi malas nak riadah, theres another way; performing solat sunat. there are many solat sunat yang boleh dikerjakan in a day and boleh buat hampa bersukan secara taklangsung. dhuha, qobliah dan ba'diah, taubat, hajat, tahajjud, witr etc. so lets collect pahala and get a healthy body bruh!!
